Fee:
A one-off payment of one month’s rent each time we find you a tenant (NO VAT).
Fully Managed Package
Our comprehensive, hands-off service, ideal for landlords who want complete peace of mind.
Includes everything in the Let Only package, plus:
Collecting and remitting rent on a monthly basis
Pursuing unpaid rent and working out a strategy to resolve any rent arrears
Providing a full statement of account
Arranging maintenance
Conducting property inspections
Schedule of Dilapidation on check out
Arranging Gas Safety Certificate-legal requirement
Arranging Electrical Installation Condition Reports-legal requirement
Arranging Energy Performance Certificate-legal requirement
Advice where needed from our in house Chartered Surveyor
Fees:
10%–12% of monthly rental income (depending on property type)
Half of the first month’s rent when we initially secure a tenant (NO VAT)
No tenant find fee for future tenancies
