Commercial and Residential (RICS Level 2 & 3)
Includes a thorough inspection of the property and issue of a report detailing the condition of the property, any defects, their probable cause and potential risks to help you make a reasoned and informed decision when purchasing a property and plan for any repairs, maintenance or upgrading of the property that may be required.
This survey does not include a valuation or a reinstatement cost assessment – both of which can be provided by Jonathan V Davies Chartered Surveys as a separate service.
Defect Surveys/Building Pathology
If you have a specific defect that you are concerned about either in a property you currently own or one you are purchasing we can provide a bespoke report to include a description of the defect, the probable cause (further investigation may be required to determine the cause), the remedy and cost of repair (if required). Such defects may include, damp and mould, cracks/structural movement etc.
